CONSUMER GOODS INDUSTRY CLIENT ๐
Role: Team Lead, Functional Consultant
- Completed implementation project typically taking 20 months in an accelerated timeline of 10 months
- Developed business strategies based on analytical findings in client data, helping to give precise recommendations to effectively prioritize important functions and features to implement in the system
- Analyzed defects for root cause and collaborate along with the correct business or developer teams to resolve issue and unit test the full cycle using an iterative approach to verify the resolution is correct

- Large scale project with Public funded transportation organization for an end to end implementation of a first of its kind hybrid SAP ERP and SuccessFactors Employee Central cloud-based system
- System database transformation which impacts 15000+ employees across Canada
- Acted as a functional payroll consultant during the implementation phase and succeeded as the Support Lead after go-live, leading a global support team and working with Center of Excellence counterparts
- Managed workshops to document client requirements and collaboratively design an optimized system
- Completed data validation for all stages of the project as required in the SAP/SuccessFactors systems

Role: Data Migration Lead
- Successfully launched a global compensation program, implemented Employee Central, Onboarding, Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central Time Management (by Workforce Software), Learning Management, and revamped existing functions such as Recruitment, Succession and Performance and Goals
- 2900+ Business Users implementation project, spanning multiple countries and four mining sites across the globe
- Executed an accelerated timeline of 15 months (extremely aggressive timeline for the objectives outlined), coinciding three go-lives in this time frame
- Led the data migration (extraction/transformation/load) for North America and Latin America
- Planned and led workshops with client team to document client business needs into functional specifications and configuration workbooks
- Managed all data-related defects, excelling in identifying root cause and delegating/resolving correctly
AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY CLIENT ๐

- Managed and provided content for client leadership meetings and leading daily Stand-Ups for workstream
